We went in October 2018, we already knew the place because been there before and it was amazing. Unfortunately, this time it was the complete opposite! A disappointment! It’s pity, such a nice view and outdoor sitting area!
Looking for -digit to rate such a place Today morning went for a quick meeting so we decided to order breakfast so no innovation required Here could be the worst breakfast I ever had in the past 10 years Ordered Omelette Foul FalafelThe 3 dishes was disgusting literallyThe eggs were smelly and tasted horrible and low quality eggs Foul was salty and noting to mention Falafel was uncooked and raw The serving size and the garnish is definitely the worst you could imagine I didn’t have any appetite to eat , it doesn’t even deserve 0 rating either photo The place has outdoor with stunning view With below average service and worst food Soon they ll close I am certain !!!!
The guy serving the sheesha on table number 21 has a very bad attitude. They put you down by asking why you only order one dish. Sheesha pipe of very low quality that the smoke is thin. Force you to buy a dish if you order sheesha, they make up rules based on people’s ethnic background.
Apparently ordering one shisha is a task for the employees at Al Makan. Seriously poor customer service. Won’t recommend this place at all.
Really disappointing restaurant and food quality. Kebbeh was very bad, the grill is bad, no fresh bread, mezza wasn’t good and definitely not worthy the money. The only advantage is its location.
