The perfect recipe for disaster : waitresses clueless about validity of zomato gold offers, a simple order of cognac taking close to 20 mins to be served and cocktails that are flamboyantly described in the menu turning out to be grandiose delusions.The coupe de grace : extremely minuscule portions for overpriced food items. The saving grace was the complimentary fruit platter, offered as compensation for the laggard service. Unless you have plenty of time and money to waste, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
This place was not upto the expectations and Service was pathetic. Our first server, she was not at all friendly and giving us weird reaction, when we have asked for Zomato gold. It seems that she was thinking that we are asking free drinks or something because she was not aware about Zomato Fully. Cocktails, sheesha were not up to the mark and food was not at all tasty. I won’t go to this place again for sure and I won’t recommend this place to my friends in Souk Madina.
I’ll try to be as polite as possible. This is the perfect place to spoil your evening.Below average food, poorly made cocktails, pathetic sheesha and servers that don’t treat you well. One of the servers didn’t have much knowledge about zomato gold (which we told them at first that we’ll be using), so we had to completely reorder our drinks. Their favorite answer if anything went wrong was ‘we can’t do anything to it’ They take 30 mins to pour a peg of cognac and bring to the table. The only thing is the views of burj al Arab which you can get from many spots in Dubai.Save your money, we already wasted ours !
So came here straight after work to enjoy some drinks and food and shisha.The also have outdoor and indoor seating. They have kareoke inside and it was fun. I loved the views outdoors of burj al arab and madinat jumeirah. Here we ordered:HummusBatata harraMix grillCheese fatayerPastaI ordered the blonde hot cocktail which was really good. Also they have the zomato gold offer. So i got 2 drinks free.
This place has one of those unique views of Madinat Jumeirah. Spacious sitting arrangement, friendly staff and good music. We had a grilled Hammour and passion state mocktail. The fish was really good. The mocktail was average. A good place to spend your evening.
Nice open space, good view of Burj Al Arab. Beautiful place to take some pictures. Good place to spend your evening after work. Staffs and menu is reasonably good
