Ibn Majed is All Day Dining restaurant at JA Jebel Ali Resort. Buffet spread is not generous like other 5 star hotel but main course dishes such as Grilled Salmon, Spinach Chicken and Thai Veg Curry was worth special mention. Excellent Service. Definitely recommended if you are staying at Resort.
Ibn Majed is the JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort’s all-day dining restaurant. If you are staying at the resort, it will be here that you start your day…over breakfast. The restaurant is well appointed, spacious and purpose-built to cater for one long, Dubai-style, never-ending buffet. Live cooking stations are there for all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cuisine is unashamedly Dubai international with a decent dose of seafood dialled in. I found the overall quality of everything, including the spread itself, impressive. Service throughout the resort, including at Ibn Majed, is very old school; bubbly, friendly and fast. Worth a visit if you are at the resort.Waste NOT. Want NOT.Follow me on Instagram: ravenousxerxes

I have been there as a group and the ambience of the place is so good. One side of the hotel is beach and another side of the hotel is golf resort. The view from the hotel is pretty nice as you can see the pool and beach in sights. We took buffet and they have some pretty good options. I liked the starters and desert than main course. Tried their beef steak and it was also really good. It’s a very nice and calm place if you are looking for a family getaway. The place is not cheap and filled with Europeans mostly. The location is jebel Ali next gate no 7.
Have tried this place for dinner and lunch buffet and the found the place nice they had beetroot hummus which was excellent something I tried for the first time and liked it a lot they food dishes were average but desserts were nice. Service was also prompt but beers on tap were limited just two options which for a 5 star is not great.
We went there for brunch on Friday and unfortunately we were among the first few guests, hence had to start with cold starters (basically fried items).The ambience is very Nice as you can enjoy food with a pool/beach view. Staff is very polite and friendly. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink (which we cudnt have as it had alcohol). There is not much variety, especially at the dessert section but the food was good. They had live calamari, prawns and egg station. Not really a must visit !
It was only 1 restaurant in Jebel Ali hotel that works at night, I was only 1 customer there with insomnia 🙂 I cant say that i love the food, eat only salad there, but overall it was ok. Even prices was not big for this type of hotel.
