One of the better food halls in Dubai today. They have carefully curated food concessionaires which offers great food experience. Good thing they also have outstanding dessert cakes and happy tummy sweets.Good job guys!!
I visited cafe premiere to try their brunch menu yesterday. We were lucky as the place was not very crowded. This place doesn’t have a huge variety of dishes, however it is more middle eastern driven in terms of cuisine. For starters I tried the tabouleh, hammous, kibbeh, and the potato soup. All the starters were amazing especially the kibbeh and the soup. They really need to work upon the main course as I only likes the biryani and the spaghetti. I don’t remember what else was there . There was other breakfast counter which had croissants, mini burgers and mini pizza which did not look fresh at all.Deserts were realky good . From strawberry cheesecake to gulab jamun and chocolate royal mouse , everything was good
Quite expensive for average quality food. 1 small bottle of water costs 15 AED. Restaurant is always empty. Best option is to fo for menu. A la Carte is crime.
Had a chance to visit this place accidentally. LolWe took the buffet dinner of soup and salad which was bit expensive considering they are just appetizers. However, the food quality was good. Their cream of chicken mushroom soup was amazing, and so is their Russian salad!Their hot and sour vegetable soup was also good. Didn’t have a chance to try the main course, but I could figure it would also be above average, being a part of 4 star hotel property.
We tried cafe premiere for our weekend dinner, the first impression about the space was not that great as the space was totally empty and the staff really dint bothered to guide us till our seat.We started with Tomato Shorba which was on the special menu displayed on table, soup was good the quantity was too much. Not that im complaining but the next users can actually share, its that much !We tried their salads Humus and Fattoush both were ok ok.Penne in white sauce what we ordered and was made really well.Escalope of chicken penne was the best in their menu what we tried of, the chicken was really tender, crispy and the mashed potato was perfect.Shish Taouk was also ok, not really great.Pan Fried asain noodles dint really match my taste.I really appreciate their manager Mr.Sumeesh ( not sure if i got his name right ), he was managing the night all by himself and was of great help in arranging plates, taking orders and serving us. The other staff’s attitude really pissed us off, a fillipino female just turned away when we asked us to serve and the attitude of her from there on went down hill. I hope the management really looks into these little things as the customer service is taken seriously these days even in small food outlets too.Overall it was a decent experience !
