I love the concept of the cafe, the ambience is amazing, cozy. The tea that we ordered is normal. The cake is amzing. But, their service sucks. 1st staff is unpolite and unapproachable. 2nd we dont feel like we are welcomed inside. .. This is my second time to dine in this cafe. Same issues. Are all the staffs like this or what??
@doubleb.citywalk is a #new coffee #place opened at @citywalkdubai . It is a russian #chain with sublime #interiors and the most welcoming staff. The verdant and turqoise interiors makes the ambiance just beyond #compare and you feel right at home.Their #desserts are #delectable and so satisfying to look. They literally glisten from far #above.Double B has a #diverse variety of coffee beans from ethopia to Arabic which you can choose from. Not only this but the #number of choices you have to choose from is #exhilirating. Their best seller is the cherry latte.One has to develop the taste for this kind of #coffee, to enjoy a nice warm cup. ☕
Beautiful restaurant serving some very good quality cakes. Its an international coffee chain based in Russia. We tried different variety of the cakes with coffee. Cake were amazing and service was good too.
When meeting a friend at citywalk, we wanted to have something a bit different and we’re pleased to have discovered this Russian coffee shop! They serve homemade pastries and offer a quiet location complete with indoor and outdoor spaces. Staff are friendly and happy to tell you about the various foods. You can linger and enjoy the pleasant surroundings. Prices are appropriate for what you get.
The worst place that have ever been visited. Staff don’t know anything about their menu which was included many choices like Spanish latte but he doesn’t know the difference between spanish one and normal one . When I asked to meet the manager , she refused to under stand my points which will help to have better service. All orders received cold as well all drinks were same flavor
Was looking for a place that serves Turkish coffee in city walk 1 and by coincidence found double B and decided to try their Turkish coffee which had a good rich taste. Yet, the place looked worn out and the tables weren’t clean. It should keep up with the quality standard of city walk.
I hope the owner of this cafe reads this message and I had an worst experience of being in this cafe for the insulting services, I was curious about the coffe cups and the menu what you where serving, but the person at counter was not ready to give any message and was ignoring by saving he’s busy. He was rude with his attitude. I hope you are in the right place so requesting you to offer good services to the customers and public.
