interesting coffee’s and desserts. their gran caffe signature coffee and black forest w/ cappucino are good at my taste .. the ambiance and the quality of service is completely amazing . suggested to family and friends
This was by far the worst place I’ve been to in Dubai. Overpriced for extremely tiny portions. There were no customers and about 10 people to serve, but they would take forever to come, so poor service as well. We ordered 2 things on the menu, both of which were not available as they had run out, which is strange because the restaurant was practically empty. I would give this place a much lower rating if I had the option. Definitely give this place a miss!
The food in Gran Caffe is just amazing I have no words to describe how good it is! The quality of the food, and the place is so clean that makes me feel comfortable! Highly recommended! Sooo yummy!! Oops and I forgot to mention the saffron milk cake is the bomb yumm !
The place was so dirty, Very bad service..we ordered French toasted with fruits on top a d the strawberry was smelling & tasting onion. We asked to replace the order but he rejected nd said not possible. I don’t recommend to visit this cafe.. worst service ever.
Good place with a outdoor big terrace.Great for a meetings.Good choice of teas and coffees.For that price i expected better tea taste though.
Excellent service and giving a warm welcome to customers are very important as making good food and desserts is not a big deal nowadays. In this place they need to improve their customer service, they need a good training. The coffee we had was great and the milk cake as well.
