  Lacks Taste & Love!We were extremely happy and excited about trying out Veganity as we’ve tried vegan places around the world and were happy to hear that someone’s opened up a concept in Dubai. The place is cute, done up neatly with decent service but food was a huge disappointment. We were 8 adults and 3 children and we ordered over 12 dishes and not a single one of us enjoyed a single dish. Some were outright rejected the others we consumed but didn’t enjoy. As it was our first time we asked the waitress if we are over ordering and she said it was fine. However, the portions are pretty large, hence we wasted quite a lot. We tried explaining to the manger and giving him feedback on the food taste and service but it was a typical Dubai approach, I.e. let’s go on the defensive! The entire staff seemed to be unhappy with us after, which I failed to understand. Anyhow, hope the restaurant will take this as constructive feedback and improve. Wishing them luck and success.

  Instagram: Project Prosecco Finally a 100% vegan restaurant in Dubai that has a great selection of food, tastes fantastic, has vegan cheese (yes please!!!), doesn’t skimp on portions and is priced so reasonably!!!! Their no chick popcorn tastes better than actual chicken popcorn!! Must try their spicy capsicum pide! We’ve loved it so much, we have just signed up for their meal plan for the month – woop!!!   Excellent menu! Absolutely love this place and cannot wait to come back to try everything. We had the fish sticks and chilli cheese fries to start, so naughty but so good. Their vegan mayo is delicious. Only thing I’d change is if the menu would say what the meat replacements actually are, I ordered the beef burrito which was seitan. On the topic of burritos, they were huge, I had to take half home and I got there with post workout appetite! The lotus cheesecake was the highlight, an absolute must try. The choc chip Danish pastry was quite dry and would’ve been nicer if they’d served it warm. Also had a soy milk cappuccino which was perfection. The service was fine, not amazing but no complaints. I have recommended this place to everyone I know, I really hope the business prospers as the concept is incredible.

  I was excited to visit the restaurant but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations.Staff ignored us when we sat down and had to ask for the menu.We tried both soups, mango couscous and byo burrito. The butternut soup was OK, but the rest was tasteless. And we didn’t get the right order, like the people sitting next to our table.The decoration is cheap and ugly and the staff was just busy being busy.Big disappointment.
