This is what one can only say is a Dive. The staff are well not great and the whole place could do with a clean.But having said that there Chana is very taste and worth a visit. Also they add tax to bill rather then on everything so chi is still 1 AED. The Parata is good as long as fresh it’s more like a pancake then a Parata but good.It is just behind Box Park. Next door to this are many other tea and bread shops worth a look if you are looking for something different.
Ordered for the first time expecting the Aloo-Paratas to be cheap and best at 4 dirhams. But this turned out to be a disaster. One of the worst paratas i have eaten ever. this was not what i expected. Aloo Parata was like a sandwitch. there was little aloo masala joined by 2 paratas. It was so dry, that we had to throw it finally!
This place is your standard, around the corner cheap meal. Excellent portions. Unbeatable prices. They may not have all the dishes on the menu everyday, so it’s better to call and check what they have. Fish biriyani comes with a huge piece of battered fish.
