I ordered a Kaak Akawi and got a Saj Akawi and not Kaak. I tried calling the restaurant and they put me on hold forever. Anyhow I decided to eat the saj wrap but was too damp .. probably wrapped too tight when hot then steam on paper dampened it. Obviously at lunch time one is too hungry to be this patient and no one ever called me back.
Firstly, we asked for shawarma to which we were informed that we need to wait for half hour and the waiter himself suggested us Francissco sandwich to which we agreed along with a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. After 5 mins he came back and again informed us that even Francissco is also not available. We agreed again to his next suggestion which was King Tawook. They bought the king Tawook. When we inquired about the Grilled chicken sandwich which was placed the first, the waiter again for the 3rd time informed us that its not available. We go to Allo beirut for their food and level of service which has always been the best previously. But this time it went really against it, hence this rating and review
Truly authentic and delicious Lebanese food items are served for anyone seeking to enjoy a nice dining experience. The ambiance is nice, prices are reasonable, optimal hygienic conditions and the staff is also highly friendly and professional. We’ll surely come back again!
A nice casual restaurant, friendly atmosphere, service was good ,reasonably priced! Everything we ordered was okay and average.The appetizers tasted better than main dishes. However recommended for a quick Lebanese bite.
