Should learn costumer care training and service
We placed an order on 3 January 2020. After waiting the order for more than one hour, we called and cancelled the order. We paid on zomato app via credit card and till now the amount wasn’t refund. It’s unacceptable!
Very dissappointing! Waiting for 1 hour & called the branch customer service and can’t go thru. I had to communicate with Zomato and was informed that this chain just preparing my order and will be delivered in another 38 minutes. Will never order here again.
The worst food delivery I have experienced, it took them more than 1 hour 30 minutes and they still didn’t deliver the food so I just had to cancel
