They have good food but the staff are unprofessional and they do not know how to estimate time required to finish an order. I called and placed an order for pick up, it was a simple legemat order, they told me it will take 30mins, I thought that was a lot but tried to be understanding, after arriving 35mins later to the shop, they told me it still needs 15-20mins, a whole hour for preparation of a simple order!!! I simply left, you lost a frequent buyer.
I decided to go to the shop myself instead of ordering through delivery app as I wanted to avoid the waiting time. I was waiting outside for 30 minutes, just to have my food brought to me. Bare in mind i only ordered breakfast which is very fast to prepare. When i voiced my complaint to the Philipino lady, she didn’t give any justification. I will not go to this restaurant again.

I tried Localawi more than one time for dine-in, the food is nice but the service is terrible which made me write this review at the third time. It is a quite small place with few tables and very nice decoration but sadly and very unfortunately the only waitress is not focused and smiles in my face when i was telling her this is not what i ordered (not a funny moment). I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and she got me fried chicken. I had one bite then called her telling her this is not what I ordered. She siad oh mam I forgot! I said grilled chicken, what is this? She took the sandwich to make a new order and came back in around 15 mins and brought for me the same sandwich with the same bread the one i had one bite from just changing the chicken ONLY!!! That is not really what I expected after a wrong order and waiting for my meal twice the time. I guess this bad service would make any good dinning experience horrible. I gave her back the sandwich and left the place.
تحيه من القلب لهذا المطعم الجميل اللي يقدم المأكولات الاماراتيه و الخليجيه بشكل جذاب و راقي و حديث و بسعر معقول جدا. جربت عندهم الخمير و الجباب و البلاليط و اللقيمات و كلها قمه في الروعه و مذاقها متميز. موقعهم حلو و عندهم مواقف كثير. الله يوفقكم و عاشت ايدكم
Ordering for the first time. Honestly speaking, I had cravings for this Arabic dessert and saw very good reviews. Buy once I received my order. The date syrup was in a fully spilled condition and sadly it was impossible to enjoy it! Even though it came hot, low sweetness and just dry and tasteless!Update: I got a full refund for my compliant. I will definitely try out again next time when I have a craving for your desserts and review.
Came here with a friend visiting from Abroad for our friendsiversary and really enjoyed the food. I wanted to introduce my friend to local food and am glad I came here. The regag and chabab are perfectly baked and the place is cosy and small. Keep up the good work!
