You order food at 1:20 & they come by 3:30 that too with food spilled all over. And finally when you get it back after 4pm, the cream kunefa you ordered becomes magically Nutella kunefa. Absolutely horrible and that too for a regular customer.Makarem management needs to take note (I doubt they will even bother).
Visited Makarem atleast a dozen times. Their Haneeth and Mazbi WAS their best dishes and was at par with other top rated Mandi restaurants (been to most of them). However, taste and quality of the good has really gone down.Had Haneeth and Mazbi today with friends. Haneeth was awful – Mutton was hard like rubber and tastless. This is the worst mutton (Haneeth) i ever had from UAE (comparing top 3 Mandi #1 Marahem, #2 Zamzam #3 BaitAlMandi) . Also they have hiked up the menu price even above their competition, which is a point to note
The chicken wasn’t fresh and the rice was cold. I am a regular customer but the last five visits the food was horrible so today was the last chance.
NOT RECOMMENDED! Accepted my order, made me wait 2 hours during which I called to follow up when I was told order is on the way. Then after 2 hours when I call back was told that order was deleted by the system. The place is a joke
I usually dont write reviews unless the food is very bad. I ordered Hamour mandi and 2 Kunafa. The Hamour tasted stale for some reason and the Kunafa attached pic was so hard that it can’t be eaten. Dear Makarem please make nice food.Sincerely Ur regular customer
As usual late deliveryyyyyyyy, lying and lying please stope this type of restaurant to be dealt with.
