Al Madina Management let me bring this to your attention before people start disliking and stop going your restuarant just because of your RUDE staff. They need to speak properly and stop shpwing the attitude as if they are paying for the food.Teach them how to treat clients.
Used to be a regular here but not anymore.The last instance ended my visits here.I was served beef when i clearly mentioned mutton as i dont eat beef. this only came to light when i got the bill. when informed the server/steward the guy smiles and says u have already eaten it and not even a word of apology.the problems with the place are as follows other than the above1. short of hearing – people dont hear or listen to what you are actually ordering2. you are assumed to know Malayalam – employees will speak to you in malayalam no matter who u are.we could have raised this as a complaint but the damage was already done and no point of complaining.definatly not visiting here again ever.and i suggest customers visiting here to double check what they have got on thier plate.

Quantity is also good .Vegetable Meals: banana leaf rolled separately made a special feel while had the lunch in it.Chicken Biryani: Masala was less. Still taste is good.
Regularly order here. Excellent Mallu food. Very reasonable as well. Chicken grill is very reasonable and tasty although not as good as other joints. Shawarma is the only bad dish I felt here. Otherwise excellent place to order and eat.
Visited this place the staff Is rude . The staff Not good to deal with the customers need to wait a long for the dishes and not recommended for the family to dine in.
