You’ll love to have dinner here.. the terrace on the 1st floor is overlooking the creek, and the view is amazing.. N they have an interesting menu which is Camel Steak.. that was the first time I tasted camel meat, and it was delicious..
This restaurant is located in abra side. When we walk towards heritage village this one comes fast. We neve had food from here. But we usually buy ice cream from here. The speciality is we will get ice cream even on midnight that too baskin robbins brand. My kids love to have ice cream from here. You can buy ice cream from here and have it sitting in the benches near creak. Its an awesome feeling.
The food is good, the service is better but items quite expensive which is somewhat understandable given it is a heritage property. I tried a camel meat based curry there. Quite good.
A little hidden gem by the creek side just next to the metro station. Very traditional arabic with a beautiful decor giving it a rustic look and feel. Food is served in traditional plates and the service is good..We started off with a variety of salads and hummus with bread which tasted wonderfully authentic followed with arabic rice , kebabs and traditional tomato curry. The food was well cooked and not heavy on the stomach. We ended the meal with arabic sweets bakhlava. The place is a nice romantic spot and evening has spectacular views of the waters and abra especially from the rooftop area and would be the best time for a visit. The place also has guest rooms in case you want to make an overnight stay which again has an antique and authentic touch with private access to rooms if needed.
