Dal Pakwan, which is a traditional Sindhi breakfast item, from here is a family favorite. Also love their Kachoris and occasionally get sweet milk cakes from here.Ambiance or the location isn’t too great, so we usually get a takeout. Very economical and worth a try.
Bounty is one of the oldest restaurants in Dubai and definitely the first and oldest Sindhi restaurant. Serving some of the most authentic and delicious food for over three decades, this place was once upon a time a landmark in Meena Bazaar.The restaurant has scaled down its operation over the years, probably due to numerous new restaurants and stiff competition. However, they still serve the best tasting Dal Pakwan in the city, which is typically consumed for breakfast in the Sindhi households. Not only do they make it perfect, their price is also extremely economical, which is very rare these days.The only downside of Bounty is their surrounding area isn’t that great, hence impacting the hygiene. Wish they could improve on that, as it would definitely make me a super regular customer.A must try restaurant, especially for their Dal Pakwan if you fancy Sindhi food.
Very tasty dal pakwan with mirchi chutney and pyaz koki, kalimirch koki with aloo sabji is best for morning heavy breakfast which keeps you full till evening tea.
The break fast dal pakwan and koki is excllent the snacks are very good to try a place i had good snax i love the dal feel like am at my house the delivery is on time
From the mouth of a vegetarian – the family favorite from here is the daal pakwan which is brought home every Friday morning. Though I don’t feel its out of this world but everyone in my family loves it and it’s a Friday ritual. I definitely join in as it’s decent and not something you make at home on a regular basis. #ZomatoSummer
