Went here with a friend on account of review request.Location is excellent, being next to Al Fahidi metro. The dining area is a bit cramped with limited seating. A budget hotel with a budget restaurant. We were invited for a buffet. It was a slightly different mix of things. Beef and chicken were the prominent meats alongwith the vegetarian menu. Deserts were okayish. The chicken / vegetable curries and breads were good. Overall a decent place.
Ordered the Thai Chicken Red Curry. The order was delivered before the said time. As for the taste and quality of food.. was just excellent. The quantity was very good for the price and the Thai Curry was made to perfection with alot of chicken pieces, unlike most places I’ve tried. Would definitely recommend this place and I’m sure to order from Royal China again.
Visited for a weekend brunch last week that runs from 1pm to 5pm and has drinks from the adjacent sports. I was there to try the Friday brunch. In the starters they had soup, chicken 65 and salads and bread basket. The sushi counter had a variety and the shrimps sushi tasted good among all. For the main course they had Indian as well as Italian dishes. Among the main course i liked the mutton ghee roast, the grilled sheesh tawooks, stuffed chicken in white sauce and the chicken pasta. Veg items were very limited.Dessert counter was too small and very limited. 4 kinds of pastries, donuts and chocolate fountain. The marshmallows were hard but the chocolate fountain was good. The space was very limited for seating inside the dinning area but if you take alcohol then you can take the food into the sports bar. aboutfood.ae
This is great a great Chinese restaurant , pretty good food, great beers. The staff work tirelessly and are very accommodating, the place is very lively and airy, many screens to watch your required sports. The Friday brunch is an excellent deal and the place gets busy, I think its Emmanuel who hosts the Friday brunch, he is a great entertainer
Lovely lunch . Ordered the steak sandwich and was pleased by the quality of the meat, The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was equally as good.
Tried there shawarma and cake while returning from the night club in the hotel, the shawarma guy approached us and asked to try shawarma but to our surprise it was cold less juicy less tasty shawarma, we tried a cake pastry as well which was still ok
