The staff people were so rude I was very disappointed with the over all experience. I really don’t know the name of the lady but she was from Philippines she was making frown face for each and everything. I will ensure I come to other places in Hyatt but definetly I will be avoiding this place.
Visited this place during this last weekend , entered this place at 1 am midnight , staff lady at the bar was not at all welcoming instead she was super rude with us making frown faces which is definitely not acceptable at a bar located in a 5 star hotel , since the place was packed we requested her to get additional chairs for us , she made that frown face again and just walked away and got one chair as she knew that we are only 4 of us she still had to get one more chair we requested her to get one more chair she just avoided to get and after a minute the bar stool is what she bought which was right next to our table , we really did not argue . Later she got the menu upon our request , as she approached our table again we very much well in advance informed about us having Zomato Gold , I really don’t know why but she made such an upsetting face . This is definitely not acceptable . Later we just had our beers and walked out. I really did not expect such kind of rude hospitality from the team of this Bar located in Hyatt Regency .
