Queen Elizabeth 2, in my humble opinion, has been iconic throughout its history and still remains to pull crowds who want to explore this beautiful piece of a bygone era.My first visit was to The Chart Room for Afternoon Tea. I must admit I went in hoping to explore more of the ship and it’s past than the actual food and drinks. We were given a choice of some really fancy and nice teas (most of which I had not heard of because I am an espresso drinker). The sandwiches, scones (especially so) and pastries were fresh and tasted excellent. If you like High Tea dining then I guess this will appeal to you.The ship does not fail to impress and if you’re a history buff then you’re in for a treat. The interiors are royal and grand and you can just imagine the times that have been had onboard sailing the world. A must visit atleast once to experience the granduer of this icon.
First of all, it was an experience dining here. From the interiors to the quality of service, this is a type you will come back with. The Angus Beef Burger is one reason to return! The Fish & Chips was a must try as well. Opted to sit in the bar section, all staff will entertain every inquiry and suggest what’s the best drink haha. Keep up the good work and will try other options next time!
