Stopped by The Kitchen to have a quick lunch after a couple of meetings. Had their margherita Pizza which tasted delicious! Wish I had more time to try out more of their dishes but couldn’t as I was in a rush. But I will definitely be going back again to try out some more stuff from the menu.Value for money: 4/5Service: 5/5Ambience: 4/5Food: 5/5
We ate at The Kitchen after a long day of meetings before getting back to our place. The service was simply super and the staff was extremely pleasant. We chose the set meat menu though everyone’s meet was cooked one level more than ordered. We just loved the food.

We did have breakfast here everyday during our stay and the spread was quite good. (They are good with patisserie.)On our last night in Dubai we decided to have dinner as well. Our server was really sweet and enthusiastic and while we preferred to forgo alcohol for that meal he was happy to let us customise our virgin mojito to not include orange juice. (Orange juice in a mojito?!) We ordered the Lebanese mixed grill which again was sufficient for two. The shish taouk was lovely, the lamb chops were delicious. The bread stuffed with minced meat was good. The star was the oriental rice which was well spiced with minced meat generously mixed in. Overall it was a good experience and a lovely meal.
Liked their food. Just that its pricey for the taste and quantity. Vegetarian options are less. Service is good but serving time is more even though there is no crowd.
At the lobby level of the beautiful Hyatt regency. This is the all day dining option. Fairly large. Neat decor. Good service and an elaborate breakfast menu with live kitchen counters. Typical Hyatt stamp all over the place.
