This restaurant cum cafe is just behind my house in meenabazar. I found it very budget friendly. Almost all the items are below 10 dhs. They also run a very nice monthly tiffin system.Hence they are pretty busy among the local populace.I sat on the chairs outside the cafe. I ordered the very popular Aloo methi paratha with chai. The paratha was 5 dhs and big. Done very well with slow cooking, so that the not too thick paratha is roasted very well on the top and the stuffings of potato and methi were also cooked well inside. One of the better ones. It came with either a yoghurt dip or a dal. I chose the dal, which was well done, medium thick. The salted and roasted green chillis were lovely.Service was okay, they ask you genuinely and don’t delay. Sometimes again, they might not notice you.Hygiene levels are not great, but you don’t expect that in the bylanes of meenabazar. But not too bad.I will visit again for the common breakfast options.
