Unhappy with their professionalism and customer service. They didn’t accept Zomato Gold’s membership, and even when I called Zomato to ask why, they said Bay Club has no right to not accept it. Never had a problem with restaurants accepting Zomato until Bay Club. Bay Club only allowed “house” drinks under 40 AED for 2+2, where it’s known that Zomato Gold has no price cap. The wine glasses are the smallest I’ve ever seen hence limiting the correct pour. I don’t go back to places where I feel cheated. Overpriced by 20% and not recommended.
1st visit and loved it. Definitely a hidden gem awaiting to be discovered. Great ambience for a chilled out drink after a long day. Will definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

Small dead Bar. No choices in either food nor beverages. One solitary friendly bartender. I think this will cater only to tired in-house guests who won’t venture out at the end of a long touristy day.
The place is really handy for after work drinks and it has a nice outside area. Also great that they accept Zomato Gold! A massive downside of them is the slowest service I have ever been faced with. I have literally had to go seeking someone to serve us on several occasions. You could die of thirst in there even if you are willing to buy lots.
been to this place last night and the place was so quiet..the ambiance was fine as this is by the pool and everyone can have shisha while watchin your fave sports as there was a huge led screen near the pool..we ordered negroni but the taste of the drinks were not that good.. i didnt taste the vermouth..they put a lot more gin and ice..so it was more like gin and ice instead.
