[Very disappointed]. We went for dinner and had a chicory salad as a starter, it had so many chilies in it and was served in a small portion. Not a french taste or experience at all. We had lamb, the taste was good but it was super dry. It clearly lacks a great, generous sauce and should be served with a strong side alongside (not included). For the price paid – around AED 180 per main – this is the minimum to expect.Dessert was okay, nothing fantastic. Wine is quite expensive for what you get, service is ok.There are many other places offering better value for money and generosity so I do not recommend.
We went for Friday brunch but were really disappointed by the food. Maybe our expectations were too high based on the reviews but I was very far from any wow effect. Although the service is efficient (with no extra) and the food is fresh and well prepared, I expected more than 3 greens salad for starter and a grilled chicken, grilled shrimp and a steak for main course. For this type of restaurant, the brunch menu was really boring (only exception was the grilled pineapple and earl grey ice cream which were tasty and finally surprised us). I think they have a potential to make an excellent brunch but it needs to raise the bar in such a competitive market.
