The ambiance at this place was amazing and I would return because of this. The staff was nice. The food selection wasn’t way too interesting for me. We tried a few things and they were okay. Though I have heard their breakfast is really good so would like to try that at some point
Brothaus, located in the Steigenberger hotel, has a casual ambience with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly.We went in for a quick snack and drinks. We ordered the Korean Fried Chicken with sesame seeds and cheese on top. They were sweet and spicy chicken thighs and the french fries served with it was nice and crispy. The complementary bread platter served was amazing with nice cheese spread. It is a perfect setting to chill with friends and amazing food, overlooking the canal.

located inside a hotel, brothaus is one of the places that will serve alcohol with its platters.once you come inside you re immediately take by the lovely baking smell, cooked dishes, and lovely warm setup. They have an outdoor space for smokers and you can also order shisha.your order is served with some pieces of bread with a cup of butter infused with light garlic.The quality of food is really top notch. Very well cooked, tasty, delicious, and beautifully presented.Sauces are very well researched as well.What I dont like however is that restaurants are overpriced in dubai I feel.Ordered one tuna salad, veal kafta with a potato salad, and a beer. This costed 180 aed or close to 50$
