The venue has a great location right by the canal which is perfect for this weather. Pretty much everyone was happy with their food although there wasn’t much ‘smile’ with the service (something to work on). The added bonus was that the shisha was free for the ladies, what else can you ask for. Note on the shisha: was potent stuff, had our heads spinning quite quickly lol

Well the food is definitely authentic egyptian cuisine ! It’s flavourful and tasty , just a bit too oily and heavy for me but I am sure other foodies will appreciate even more , anyway friendly staff and reasonable prices .
Went in a weekend to get breakfast with my family at 9.45am, they were shocked to see customers in the morning, not good service, didn’t deliver what is in the menu and tried to get full order right, they refused to accept Entertainer coupon even though they admit they were on Entertainer, accept cash only in the morning. Bad customer service.لم يقدموا كل مكونات الافطار التي طلبناه وكما موصوف في قائمة الطعام، خدمة رديئة بالرغم من كوننا نحن ثلاثة فقط في المطعم كله وكانت الساعة ٩.٤٥ صباحاً فالافطار جائنا ناقص ولم يقتنعوا بكلامنا ان القائمة تعد بما هو اكثر، لم يقبلوا كوبون انترتينر الذي هُم مشتركين فيه، لم يقبلوا كارد بنك وإنما كاش فقط، خدمة بطيئة عند الافطار وغير كفوءة
