Food is okay but the SERVICE sucks all the time. Where can you find a food establishment that would intentionally cut the phone off whenever you’d ask why order takes 1hr to be delivered *our office is just right next to their bldg btw*!?
Rosso amore is a very bad restaurant. They will deliver the food two hours after you ordered. While waiting, I called them several times and the person who’s receiving call was very rude and kept on hanging up the phone. I will not recommend this to anybody, for your convenience. -1 rating
Horrible experience today. I ordered for lunch at 1:01 PM and the delivery dint come until more than an hour later. When the food did arrive, they had the wrong order. The delivery guy left promising to return in 15 min (The delivery location is 3 building away from the restaurant) and did not return for another hour. I still dont know whether i will actually get my order or no as I am still waiting for them to show up. Why accept order if you are too busy to deliver and ruin someone else’s time? Pathetic Service.
