We order breakfast menu, at 9:30 am we got it at 11.00 am, we are just 1 building apart, and the worst part is our order is not complete!!! the guy whose answering the phone is not good, he will just drop the phone while your talking. there’s no surprise why this restaurant got a bad review.
Very disappointing service from the staff . Worst ever experience in Dubai from last 5 years. 1. Ordered food on 12 pm2. followed up by 12.30 – on the way was the response3. Not receiving after 12.45 again followed up- then the response was shall send now4. waited till 1.20 pm from then – not received .
I have ordered here before and honestly the delivery time sucks. But now, when I ordered again they delivered it to me on time. Well, there’s plenty of room to improve keep it up. Thanks.
