Backyard used to be my go-to place. My friends and I would literally go to this place at least 3 times every week. They used to have an amazing Thai menu. THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. I went to this place TWICE for the past month and was surprised to find they changed their menu completely and are now only serving what seems like bar food. went here TWICE and had to deal with a super rude manager who couldn’t even entertain the simplest questions and who treated me like I got lost and I shouldn’t be visiting this place just because I was dressed casually during one of the visits. I have been a frequent visitor of this place since it opened, but because of that experience I dont even wanna come back here.
The menu has reduced from a variety of things to just tacos and Mexican food. We ordered Prawn firecracker tacos & the one with Mushroom tacos . HORRIBLE. backyard fries were just BATTER .. please change them to regular STEAK fries.. I don’t know what you’re trying there, I felt like I wasn’t having potatoes. You can smoke a cigarette in their lounge section, but not sheesha. ( Logic? none )Overall I don’t know if I would go again

This place was recommended to me by my friend and so I did decided to go here and the a place was very cosy and , DJ was great and the food was awesome.
Me and my friends visited The Backyard in the evening during happy hours. We ordered for wine, cocktail and beer from the happy hour menu. The red velvet cocktail was pretty interesting with elder flower as an ingredient.For food we ordered the firecracker prawn tacos and chicken satay tacos. The firecracker tacos deserve a special mention, they tasted amazing, rightly spiced and very flavourful. The chicken tacos had a nice mango flavour to it. The staff was very friendly and the views were amazing. Would love to visit again 🙂
