The atmosphere is amaZing, the service is even more welcoming espacially the manager Zaki is one of the best cheerful and delightful person with his sweet talk and amaZing culinary skills.. latelt there was a great add on with the beautiful live band every sundays and wednesdays.. a great place for families, friends, couples and a great weekend restaurant
This restaurant’s policy is to charge minimum of AED 100 to their customer without informing the customers upfront. I just had a cappuccino of around AED 20 but later while billing was forced to pay AED 100. Hence I had to order takeaways to total my bilto AED 100.
It was our first time in this restaurant with my friends .. we order coffee and shisha. Then after 20 mins the waiter advise us that we should order more and each person should order 100AEDwhich at the first place they never mentioned to us and asking us that if we will stay longer or else we should change our table knowing at the first place they are the one who suggested where to sit. After a few minutes the waiter said that they their policy and each person who seats are required to order. FURTHERMORE, the manager looking at us rudely.
We went in a group of 4. When the hostess realised we do not speak arabic , she told us no tables available even though there were atleast 8 empty with mo reserved sign on it. When we insisted she gave us a seating and the waiter came and told us even before we sat that we need to.order quickly despite the fact that only 2 of the 4 guests were present. He then came back and informed us they have 100 aed pp min charge and blanked me out when I said I want to see where this is written. When I asked to speak to a manager he said u pay or u leave. And that’s exactly what we did. Goes without saying that we would not go back to this place.
