Seems like these guys are not a fan of returning customers. I went to watch the World Cup final on their big screen, everything went well (other than the intermittent loss in reception), until it came to getting the bill. I told the staff when I sat down that I will be using the entertainer. When the bill came, they billed without entertainer and said they will give me dessert instead, I was fine with that and didn’t make a scene. I come home and find out the slice of cake is as hard as dog food! If I could post a video of it I would’ve. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing customer service!
With an intention of going to Royal Orchid which is right next door, but was shut for renovations, we decided to walk into the closest option! I must say, to my surprise Banelli was great! We were greeted and served really well by all their staff. We sat outdoors and were given a proper fan to avoid the heat. We ordered for an Alfredo pasta (which was great to taste, but was luke warm which was a bit of a minus point) however the 4 cheese pizza that we ordered was hot and super tasty! Shisha we ordered was great and came in a fancy pot with lights! They also have a great number of board games and multiple decks of cards that you could just pick up and play. The football match was being screened live too so it was good to be updated! Ambience was very funky they’ve put in a lot of bikes and given the whole place a very sporty vibe! Super happy that I stumbled upon the place. Pricing was great considering we got to use our entertainer voucher too! Overall! A must visit if you’re looking at catching the game and a good bite!

Afrer more than 30 mins of waiting (as chef was not at work yet) i got my food.. Nicoise salad.. there was a lot missing; no eggs, no dressing, no boiled potatos.. lettuce, cherry tomatoes and black olives is all i’ve got.Staff was super kind!
I would be polite especially Zomato is a professional platform to share your experiences and make others aware about some places, recommend some places to others or let restaurants improve to meet the guest expectations.This place is worse than any other place I have been, every thing I did, I said and I requested for was crystal clear. The moment I called to book, to order and to chose from menu and the promo they offered.It was a birthday party and they did good in terms of making it pleasant and cheerful moments indeed. However, I used to go there a lot and I would say in daily basis when there was no manager and few staffs managing the place.You can’t believe the service, the ambiance and atmosphere were million times better than now. I am not sure what standards or qualifications of management the owner has but I really recommend to review them and hire someone who can say more than I’M SORRY while all of us,the guest, felt she didn’t mean it and she is saying Becca it’s the o my thing she can say after the mess she did and maybe she wanted to piss me off especially when I said there is no next time visit, her reply was OK, I AM SORRY. Again she is speechless and I was pissed and didn’t want to leave until I call police or consumer rights. However it was a birthday party and I didn’t want to ruin it.I recommend the sheesha in this place not more not less and whoever is saying drinks are good, there is magic behind making drinks especially when the price of their drinks are same in any fancy place.Thanks.
