Eating here was an awful experience. What I wanted was a standard single scoop cone. However, they continually forced higher cost items onto me, saying that they did not have the come for the single scoop Gelato. When I agreed to the double scoop, they said they only had triple scoop. The net result was that I was forced to pay 30AED – the price of a triple scoop – for a double scoop of black forest ice cream. When I confronted them about this, they became defensive, angry, and rude. Upon eating the ice cream, I also found that it was not even close to getting worth the money that was paid. It had an odd, artificial flavor with large amounts of ice, rather than cream.It occurred to me that by adding one dirham to the price of the ice cream, I could buy a triple scoop on cone from HaagenDazs, which was much higher quality and service.It’s location too was not ideal. It was at a jutting corner on the metro line, so people kept walking into me.The customer service was sub par, as despite there being no other customers, for a good reason, the servers kept wandering off as if they did not want to give us any ice cream. The seating too was unclean and very Unhygienic, and so I was forced to eat my ice cream while walking in a crowd.
Gave us value (two scoops) and charged us for divino(three scoops), when actually we had asked for a standard (one scoop). When asked for explanation, two of them started shouting at us in unison. Bad ice cream, horrible experience.
Visited this place few times wasnt great but was fine for a quick fix especially if your craving something sweet like.Staff were professional and polite this place also has free wifi

We ordered turkey ham and cheese crepe and a nutella strawberry crepe. They took an awful lot of time to bring the food to our table. But it was good in taste. All’s well that ends well.
Just dropped in with the boys to have some gelato. Had a cup of mango, a cup of pralines and nuts and my eldest son wanted dark chocolate in a cone. I forgot to mention the cone so I suggested to put a cone in top of the scoop so we did not have any tantrums. When the sales girl told me for 3 scoops it was AED 72 I missed a few heartbeats. I know we were on the Paris-end of SZR but this was just daylight robbery. When asked for a breakdown I was told the empty cone was the same price (AED18) as the ice cream scoops. Ridiculous!! We were then asked to return one of the cardboard cups and our scoop was shifted to coffee cup in order to refund AED18. Never going back! #zeroservice
Had an amazing Lotus Gelato Shake, tasted delicious. An incredible store, located on the walkway from the Dubai Mall metro to the Mall itself. A lot of people might just miss the store, should they only visit the mall. Do try this delicious dessert.
