I went to Cara for their Diwali special buffet last November and my gosh – every single item was divine! Yes, even their 15+ pickles. The biryani, gravies and the lavish, extravagant desserts were extremely delicious. Highly recommend!
Visited Cara for a work team building lunch on Thursday. Quite a crowd although it was lunch time.The buffet was vast and had a good number of options.At 89 bucks, not too bad although a bit could be improved. The staff were lovely.
Cara is a sophisticated breakfast and lunch restaurant that offers an international buffet with European, Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian influences, alongside an a la carte menu, with food and beverages prepared in open kitchens from the finest ingredients. ‘Cara’, which means ‘face’ is inspired by the artwork of dramatic faces that adorn the walls, and draws inspiration from the most expressive part of the human body. The décor is stylish and contemporary, and our ladies and gentlemen friendly and relaxed, creating a welcoming ambience and a memorable dining experience for guests, both inside the restaurant and outside on the spacious terrace. Cara is also available for group bookings and private events in the evenings, accommodating up to 115 guests indoors, and 52 outdoors.
Had their breakfast buffet. Lots of options to choose from with good quality of food.Efficient, fast service and very friendly staff.Fresh juices made to order.Sausages, hash brown, veg dumpling and the french toast were exceptional.They served the curd rice with an interesting twist.Disappointing coffee.For a coffee fanatic and having it in multiple hotels, I was expecting a high standard for the coffee and sadly both the Latte and Cappuccino were tasteless.All in all a fine experience.
I went for the business lunch. Variety of cuisine for an affordable price. It costs just 95 AED per head for buffet. Great salads, various fruits, exclusive non veg and veg main course and delicious deserts to complete your meal.. I had a fully loaded stomach while I left the place. I recommend the lunch buffet here. Totally worth it.
We went for breakfast buffet at Cara. Surprisingly it was not that expensive (AED170 each). There are a lot of variety of food from breads, sausages and sweets. Thanks for the great service as well. Especially one of the waiter, Galang. He is really friendly and gave us coloring book for our son. So he could play with it. We definitely coming back for another buffet (lunch or dinner).
