I have been to many Chili’s around the world (and the UAE) and this was not one of the better ones. Maybe we just came at a bad time or were unlucky, but the restaurant was very dirty. I would say 50% of the tables still had the dirty plates etc on the table despite the guest being all gone. Noone was clearing tables for the entire duration of our lunch. On the table next to us was a family with two children (around 5-7 y.o.) and the kids were walking on the tables with shoes on – not sure what the parents where thinking, but they didn’t mind. And the manager acted like nothing was wrong.The food was very average. It didn’t taste like much compared to other Chili’s I have been to.Our server, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, was very friendly and did a great job.

The waiter generously supplied me with extra ranch and mushroom sauce. Infact I wanted my Veges changed to fries which they graciously obliged. I think their mojitos need some work. They are usually too sweet. The chaser salad was nicely done as well. All in all a good experience

On the weekends they are super busy with multicultural diners.Interiors are okay. Ambience is quite boisterous at times.Service depends upon the number of diners at that moment. But smiling.My roders were1. •Country fried chicken. At 62 dhs, it’s a bit high end. But they come with corn on the web-which os a great sweet corn. And mashed potatoes with a thick garlic bread. Generally I am not fond of chicken breasts, but this one was good. 4.5/5.2. •Molten chocolate cake. For the lovers of chocolate cakes. Has a fondant type chocolate centre. Large. 48 dhs. 3.5/5.3. Vanilla coke. 19 dhs. 3/5. Refills would be appreciated.Overall I am happy and recommend the place. Better on weekdays.
