If you are looking to relive the magical moments you had in Lebanon, then close your eyes and remember, or flip through your photo albums..Although the place is grand inside, big chandeliers, charger plates, and so on.. that’s where it ends unfortunately. There’s unusually no valet parking to start with, and when I arrived, despite there being 3 waiters at the door, no one actually opened the door.I wouldn’t go so far as saying they were rude, but something was off. In general the interactions were quite stiff. I’m sure one of the waiters looked me up top to bottom.. They were Tod’s Ferrari loafers btw if you cared that much.A la carte food was good, especially mezzas, but nothing more than the price would justify. There is a Shisha section which they annoyingly refused to close the doors to despite our requests since we had young children.Perhaps the full fat fixed menu with entertainment option fares better.. Here’s hoping the city walk cafe version comes close to what we experienced in Beirut.

Best service, best food, best deserts and best Shisha. It is better not to eat all day if you are willing to visit or else you will not be able to taste all the delicious plates. Do not also forget to keep some room for the best desserts you might ever taste in your life. The staff is very friendly and professional, they also tell you about each platter before placing it and they ask you if you have any allergy to any of the ingredients before placing it. They also play the best Lebanese oldies live music. I recommend it and will definitely visit again soon.

Very nice atmosphere. The varieties of Lebanese salads (mezzah) are great. However, the waiting time was a little on the high side. The quantities of food served was clearly above capabilities of average eaters. On a table of 8 I could estimate no less than 3 kg of salads wasted. The main dish was poor. Not worth the wait. In short it was a disappointing experience and severely overpriced venue.

An opulent set up, gorgeous chandeliers adorning the roof, colourful ceramic plates clinging to the walls and a never ending flow of food ensured that it was our best iftar ever. Through endless banter and laughter four colleagues turned friends, enjoyedthis food fiesta ranging from a never ending mezzeh, beautifully done grills, special mention of the chicken liversin garlic sauce and a string of tasty dessertsEm Sherif you impressed us and some more. Weloved the chatty yet efficient staff but the star of the showwas of course the delicious food. AED 260 is a bit on thehigher side compared to most iftars around, but take myword for it – you won’t regret it.

I was underwhelmed with my experience. I was there for lunch on a Saturday but there was barely anyone there. The service was sloppy, we had to wait to get attention, and the whole thing looked as though the staff was inexperienced which is bizarre because it’s not my first time and I did not face this before. The food was ok, some dishes were delicious while others were average. Note that the hotel valet parking does not accept a stamp from Em Sherif anymore.

Quality food with a quality Burj Khalifa view! You get stuffed with amazing Lebanese dishes that keep coming! Great place especially if you have visitors in Dubai. Keep in mind that it’s pricy!
