I went to have dinner with my sister and her friend before going over, called them made a booking and asked if we could use the vouchers, was informed that we could. After a long drive, reached there for us to know that it is one voucher per customer, but we were not worried since we were a total of 3 customers but the staff was adamant that we were one customer. HOW ARE THREE PEOPLE CONSIDERED AS ONE CUSTOMER? Doesn’t even make sense. But I just wanted to know more from the staff about the policy but the staff was super rude and also the staff while serving the other customers after me, made fun of us and said we were causing unnecessary drama. If being a well informed customer and asking to know the policies termed as causing drama, then so be it. I am dramatic! I am never ever coming back here.

Hate being misold or lied to. Staff could have explained better but we were treated inappropriately and in fact overheard them saying we were creating drama to another customer. Is this your standard of service? If you don’t want to discount your food, then do not advertise or misell and maybe you could teach your staff some manners to live up to the necessary basic customer standards.

After taking a long trip down, at first, the staff came across rude and made us feel that their were doing their job as a favour to us. Then when we were ready to order, they said that the voucher is per customer which as per them was the entire group I can in with. My friend came with her own voucher which made her another customer, but they refused to honour it. Therefore, we left and swore never to return as it’s not about the money but matter of respect and principle. So well done Frings! Bet you don’t mind loosing customers to your neighboring competitors.
Frings is a good to go place.I have never been there before but last weekend I visited there and ordered Fries and wings, burgers and the price is reasonable.The food was tasty.I will surely visit the Again
Not my first visit, and a lover of wings! I love their chargrilled, crispy yet soft wings that they serve.Their location at Downtown is a perfect location for some outdoor picturesque setting with views of Burj Khalifa yet have some great hot dogs, wings, and burgers.Apparently movie nights are also happening so would visit the next time with friends for one of those but for today, we enjoyed playing foosball and chilling in their air conditioned seating area.Service is a bit slow but worth the wait.
It was an amazing experience. I love the food because it tastes like their main ingredient is love. Must try food. Rather must visit and experience the ambiance as well. I can recommend frings to everyone.If you go to Dubai Mall, you must visit frings.
Great wings compared to what’s out there! If ur a wings fan then definitely this is the place and the prices are pretty reasonable too! Will be visiting again for sure!
