The branch is situated inside reel cinemas, which is convenient when going for a movie. The lady was very friendly and she literally offered most of the flavors just so that we could try the gelato. However 38 dirhams for a gelato cone is little overpriced.

Was very upset with the staff. I had asked for 1 scoop of ice scream the standard size. She gave me the same in the bigger bowl not telling me the price difference and said I could have 2 scoops at the price of one. I however agreed on it thinking of it as a good deal. The quality of the ice cream was good but not worth it for AED 38 for two 3/4th scoops of ice cream.I would really like the management to have the team with more informed and well versed team rather than confusing the customer. The employees name was Seth. Very poorly informed of what she sells.
I am a huge fan of gelato for it’s main reason being less fatty than the traditional ice cream and trying to reach the falvors of it’s counter part (failing worldwide), the place expertise in the low fat ice cream and one of the most offering brand in the city, the staff is fast and friendly.Like me you might end up tasting a flavor you love and eat more than ice cream because of low fat milk, good mix of cream and yogurt content in the mix. Overall a good place to eat from if you want to have a healthy form of ice cream.
Nice ice creams. Visited this outlet last weekend. My favorite are the dark chocolate and ferrero. Service is quick. Will try the sugar free pistachio next time. Prices are also very reasonable.
Decent ice creams with a higher price range. we had the kitkat flavour which was fine, we also tried their belgium biscuit which was alright and supposed to be their best sellers. one time buy for me.
