Ice Ceam Lab use liquid Nitrogen to quick-freeze the ice cream so it doesn’t melt as quickly. Also, you can add a huge amount of toppings to make unique flavours. The serving is quite good so it can easily be shared (if you’re willing to do so). I like their Cookies & Cream which tastes like the real deal. Highly recommended for ice cream lovers.
It is impossible for anyone to miss this place if you are walking though the food court in Dubai Mall, I have been going to this place ever since I moved to Dubai. If you go by the name it says Ice cream lab and this place literally looks like a lab, it looks like an open nitrogen chamber where they make liquid nitrogen ice cream. This particular visit was three of my closest mates and we were like kids eating ice-cream from each other’s cups. Ratings and Comments:-1. Lava mud chocolate crunch (4/5) – There’s a reason why it’s called crunch, you can literally feel the crunch in the chocolate syrup.2. Pistadates (4/5) – That generous amount of pistachio made me think, man is this thing for real and I kept saying it is heavenly, while munching away to glory.3. Chocolate (4/5) – One can never go wrong with chocolate, very chocolaty with choco chips, what more can a human ask for, more chocolate I guess, lol. 🙂
