I came here for breakfast. It was quiet and empty and I understood why. Although service was good, the ingredients to the food prepared were not as fresh as the pricing would indicate. I wouldn’t come here for breakfast again considering all the amazing options in the area.
We passed by Joe’s Cafe to have some coffee and tea after dinner. The tea comes with a small cookie which was delicious. I wish they would add more. The latte was also good and big. The milk was not heavy. The staff were nice and professional. Overall, good hot drinks and service.
Excellent food with great view of dancing fountain, staff are very helpful, we ordered mini burger,chicken burger and 2 mojito passion fruit, over priced but for this view it’s amazing.

They have nice Saffron Milk cake! But fish of the day wasn’t worth it. Waiters are good. The most important thing is the view from this cafe.
Friendly staff, great ambiance if you sit outdoor with water fountain view. Good food for brunch or coffee with family & friends. Absolutely great if they have kids menu.
Joe cafe is the best spot for the Dubai fountain . Located in level 1 at Dubai mall. I went twice to this café, service was great, waiters were helpful and nice view overlooking burj khalifa 🙂
