This was my first try ever from jolliebee . Loved their delivery service as they have Live tracking if ordering through Zomato app which gives you live update . Delivery made on time with food still being hot. Ordered a combo meal for lunch for one pax only . Rice were sticky and tasted old. Chicken prices were too big. Chooses their spicy option for my chicken and it was truely very spicy . No drinks nothing else . Expensive .
Among all the jollibee branches I order food from, this is the worst. The orders are always wrong and the chicken parts are not complete. Sometimes I can barely notice which part I get. I understand that there are too many people in Dubai Mall, i hope the management take action on it (probably add more staff to accomodate customers, and deliver more chicken parts in order to avoid cutting it to many parts)
the driver was very rude and incomplete order please check it first before sending the ordered items
