Very lovely atmosphere. Rarely you can find an ambiance the same in downtown. Quality and time taken for the food was 5/5. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.Shisha is 4/5. The only problem is the shisha guys take much time to change the charcoal for you. Instead of The special hummus i would go for the normal Hummus as the special Hummus tastes different ( not in a good way)
I wish, I can give the rating in minus. Yesterday I went there with 4 of my friends. The place was quite full and people were waiting to get in. So we stood near to the reception desk waiting for the staff to attend us and others. A lady staff in reception area came. She was SO RUDE!! She din even ask anything and put us out from the door by gesturing her fingers pointing out of the restaurant telling us to leave. I am not sure whether they think customer are some animals. It left a very bitter taste. This probably is the only restaurant I would never visit in my life, even if this will be the last restaurant in Dubai.

This was our fourth visit in this year. It’s best to visit early since the restaurant gets really crowded later in the evening, especially their Shisha section. In the Shisha sections the tables are placed too close to each other. Ambience is far better in the non-smoking area. As can been seen from the pictures we went through a few options. Humus, cheese rolls, fatoush, Umm Ali and Karak chai are all good option. Mixed grill was too small a portion and except for the Shish tawook and chops nothing lived up to our standards. Entree’s are always a bit of a hit and miss here. They should have kept the camel meat in their menu to set the place apart from so many other Middle East restaurants in the city. Also really need to fix the valet service since those guys take forever to bring the car, perhaps outsource the service to another company.
I go there often to have shisha and some cocktails . I have tried their food few times and it wasn’t always good . Place is good shisha is good too . Food is not always good my last order with them wasn’t good at all I have ordered grilled chicken and it was over grilled and black and very dry . My previous times food was fine average . I Suggest this place more for shisha and drinks .
