Food was delicious , however service was not. One of my friends ordered an omelette but we had to make 3 follow-ups for it to be served, the last blow was the taste, it was bland and very ordinary I think the waiter serving us had forgotten my friends’ order and the kitchen staff had to cook it fast so it turned out that way. Hope the service will be better on my next visit.
The award for Hero to Zero goes to: La Serre! Both the restaurant and bakery have gone south over the past year. The quality is barely there anymore and the customer service is distasteful. I’ve been waiting for that call back from the management for over 2 months now as they promised to rectify a mismanaged situation I faced whilst inviting guests for lunch. Now let’s talk food. Tuna Pizza; not fresh and below average doughPasta; undercooked creamLamb chops; too sweet and chewyHead to Carine or La Petite Maison for a similar menu at similar prices but much higher quality ingredients and elevated execution.
