Worst experience ever. I never ever posted a negative review on any restaurant visit. If the food was something to rave for I’d let others know about it to share the joy of a mouthwatering meal. But this is something I feel that I have to share with folks that are vegetarian to the core, that could be impacted by the recklessness of the restaurants servers. I went with my colleagues and ordered penne arabiata and a veggie pizza. The server gave us chicken penne which we didn’t know was chicken until we saw it on the bill. The whole time we ate the meal we were under the impression it was tofu. It was a horrifying experience to know that for the first time since I was born I ate from the flesh of an animal. However they did not charge us anything but this doesn’t suffice.Be careful if you are a vegetarian.

Ordered a carne pizza, a gnocchi and a garlic bread. The gnocchi was great portion, good taste. Pizza was okay, it’s tasteless considering it should be an all in meat pizza. Garlic bread was weird, felt like it was microwaved, not baked in an oven. All in all it’s an average okay with the gnocchi winning
I have been waiting to try the food at Mamma Italia ever since I started working in the area. I was expecting a delicious authentic Italian meal when I visited. As I walked into the restaurant I noticed it looked very rustic and not like the luxurious type of place you would find in downtown Dubai. I ordered the spinach stuffed tortellini with the cream mushroom sauce and chicken. The dish was very hot, smelled great, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. The fresh garlic and mushrooms with the shredded chicken made the cream sauce spectacular. The tortellini was a beautiful yellow colour and it was perfectly cooked. The only downside to the dish was the stuffing. It was tasteless, stiff, and frankly unneeded. Overall it was a good experience and the staff was wonderful.
If you are craving yummy buttery cheesy warm food, then their place is to be! Love how this branch has seats outside, giving a European feeling while dining in winters!
