I had reservation yesterday for an overnight stay. It was a terrible experience I had from the hotel staff. First, cable tv wasn’t working that I had to call several times to fix it. Second, staffs overreacted tremendously with just even a small noise when talking to my friends. The way they react especially the staff assigned in the elevator. His approached felt like I am a criminal. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
I had read somewhere stating that they have one of the best iftars in town. We went there for an iftar but then, we found a normal continental menu with a hint of arabic touch. The variety and the spread was comparatively less when seen with many other places for the same value. Since we stayed the hotel, i would suggest their breakfast menu more than their iftar set up.
We had our Iftgar party yesterday here , and it was wonderful .. The iftgar buffet was awesome , the way they display foods and the total Ramadan themed ambiance was stunning .. The dishes were tasty and fresh .. especially the salads and veggies .. we were 10 people and none of the had a single negative comment about the restaurant and staffs.. the staffs are super friendly and helpful with a bright smike on their faces.. we really enjoyed .. Thanks alot for having us , and we ll definitely looking forward to come again
Just passed by to this restaurant to try their buffet dinner on a Thursday night. This place was completely empty with just two couples sitting in the entire restaurant which cab hold upto 100 people easily. This was a put off but we certainly tried to experiment this place.As per zomato this place offers live station counter for pasta and many dishes , but when we arrived the chef was absent from the live station. Upon asking the manager mentioned that he will arrive after 20 mints. I was curious to pass by and check the options, nothing impressed me. The food was stale and cold. There were no starters. Nothing stuck a chord with my pallete. For AED 110/ person I was completely disappointed.The only saviour was my entertainer voucher which made me pay only 50% They need to work on the dishes, have more variety , need to constantly check if the food is warm and fresh.
I visit this place quite often for business lunch.love the salad bar. They have varieties. And the place is affordable with great staffs. The buffet is massive , and the dessert makes your meal complete and satisfactory.
Main courses are great but needs more variety dessert is a bit dry, the ambience needs remodelling to attract more guest but staff are very accomodating and friendly. Their mutton biryani is a must try.
Husband and I came here on a whim for dinner as i had vouchers for the place. It was BBQ night theme and setup was at the Poolside. The food wasn’t terrible but it was just OK. The BBQ was VERY salty, chef may have been quite liberal with the salt and marinade. The best part of my meal was the Salad – LOL. Even the Mushroom soup was soo salty i had to drown it with bread. Not going back anytime soon.
