Well i can see that the overall rating on zomato isnt great but i came here on a cobone deal and loved it. I got pool acces+ i thought the spread was good. Ambience was also quite decent and taste wise it was good as well. Service was average but on an overall considering the cobone deal it was good. I think every single person there came on a deal as without it, it wouldn’t be worth the price.
Mediocre Restaurant and Disappointing Spread! We went in a group for Iftar but except for the Shawarma ,we did not like anything. There was beef in the mixed grilled which was not labeled or informed. Many who do not eat beef were complaining about it. There was a hair in Baba Ghanoush which the staff said might have come flying from somewhere which was a bit surprising . The variety for the buffet was not up to the mark. Taste was mediocre, they did not refill the buffet spread so there was too much of waiting. The service was not up to the mark. The staff was only present and not very motivated. The only excellent thing is the view and shawarma. Can not recommend this place but had read some earlier reviews and gone with expectations but disappointed.
Ifatr Buffet 2018:If you get a deal on the buffet (Groupon has this), it’s worth the price. The food was good but the service was as good as non-existent, even for a buffet. The variety is alright, nothing great. It’s not worth paying full price for sure.I also don’t understand how an iftar buffet can start at 6 pm when iftar time itself is 7 pm.On a side note, the person who seemed to be the supervisor was behaving quite rudely with the other members of the staff so that was a big put-off.
I bought a cobone voucher for their Easter brunch and was excited to be there due to the menu on the voucher. We arrive 20 minutes after the brunch was supposed to start and the staff was only just setting up the place, only the starters were out, the tables didn’t even have water on them. The staff took us to our table which had 3 adults and 1 child written on it but there were only 3 chairs. They then took a chair from a different table. The voucher said sushi on it when we asked them where it was they said it was a misprint. Considering they were sold out, I think they should have checked what was being sent out. However, as compensation, they offered us a free glass of juice which came after 30 minutes. They are very friendly but very slow and unorganized I believe. The food quality is not the best, the bread was soggy, they food was not rich in flavors. Nothing stood outThe desserts were not mouth watering. Only the eclairs and fruit were good.I was not impressed at all.
We came here on our honeymoon and we were blown away! The staff were amazing to us and really created a relaxed atmosphere even though it was the height of luxury. Thanks to Salmon for the great service at the pool also!
Went for team iftar on a Thursday evening with around 10ppl, salad variety was good but the main course items were less and were not refilled frequently..taste of food was average. recommend going there for the view and very less expectation of tasty food
Breakfast at Panorama on the 43rd floor of the Emirates Grand Hotel was an exercise in processed food mediocrity. It seemed like everything from the mushrooms to the foul to the bread to the servers all came out of a can. The live cooking station saved the day – just. And that because the boy manning the two blazing frying pans knew how to make a decent Indian omelette. So, unless you are a guest of the hotel, walk on by, straight up to Zaroob where you will get an amazing breakfast. And if like me, you are invited to break your fast there – don’t.
