And we had to keep reminding of our pending orders which took ages to be delivered on the table. What could have been an excellent food experience was totally spoilt by the poor service.
This used to be a nice place but there is a significant deterioration on every level, I waited 10 mins to get the attention of the waiter in order to place my order and it is not because he was busy, he was just standing far looking at the ceiling! And then over 40 mins to get my main dish! Waiters wondering around looking lost and so unorganised! Food quality was very bad, other tables complaining also

USED to be amazing. The one decent place to get chinese food. Portion sizes were worth the slightly higher prices.Ordered today and apparently under new management rules which means portion sizes are half what they used to be, missing vegetables, unshredded duck – yet all for the same price! Can’t see them lasting in this already struggling market for long after these recent changes. Very sad to say I will not be ordering from them again. Asked for a full refund today and for the food to be taken back out of principle.
The dim sum here is as good as it gets in Dubai. The main courses are pretty yum too. I wasn’t excited by the brunch menu. A lot of food but perhaps too much of the same stuff . Would rather order A la carte next time .Service is efficient but not warm. Which is fine if you know what you want and don’t mind asking for things.Overall certainly a top choice place for a relaxed and good Chinese meal . Just nothing that was exceptional enough to deserve 5 stars according to me. Maybe 4.5? ( Zomato please note the lack of enough range in your rating points system!)
