This is probably the lowest rating I’ve ever given to a restaurant. Honestly, it was disappointing to not finish the food because of its lack of taste. Spicy ramen had overcooked noodles and weird sour taste that it’d pass as Tom Yum soup. The chicken had bland sauce – was expecting it to be a little sweet and tangy since I believe this was chicken teriyaki. The tempura sauce was also bland that it didn’t help add taste to prawn tempura. Regretted to pay almost 100 dirhams for everything. I could have eaten at a better Japanese resto with more satisfying varieties.I sincerely hope that they’d take this feedback so they can overhaul the dishes.
I hate the delivery, presentation and top of that taste. A very pathetic food with tasteless sushi (Actually i don’t call it sushi).Ordered sushi platter (a recommended by their website) but it was gross. Rice was very dry and meat was horrible.It is not a place to order sushi. Trust me it was waste of money and time. I ll give 0.5/10 (0.5 is only for the efforts for sugoi)All sushi lovers please make sure don’t try sushi from such places who really don’t know the authentic taste is (i believe their sushi chefs never tried original sushi or their own sushi as well)
This wasn’t the first time. I thought about giving it a second chance, but I think this will be my last. The tuna nigiri was average, nothing to complain about. In the other hand, the spicy chicken ramen is an issue! The broth taste like nothing and sesame! The noodles were over cooked. U need to search for the half boiled egg, chicken and anything else on that path.
My first ever sushi and not at all disappointed 🙂 Sugoi has a wide range to offer and with great taste and presentation. Loved the Wasabi too
