Being polite and friendly as Zomato’s guidelines suggest would be offensive for the quality of service my group of friends and I faced joining a table with a few friends. Not only does the manager have the audacity of complaining over the fact that my group claimed they’d be 10 people and had exceeded what they were, although the restaurant was empty the managers refused to give us seats although the logistics of the shop simply allowed it to happen. If it were possible to give this restaurant 0 stars not only for the quality of food served, but the fact that whoever runs this establishment tries declining customers shows how much of a decline you can find. I wrote this entire review standing up and doubt I will be finding a table to sit on due to the consistent behavior of the manager for being a complete and utter disrespectful entity in this poorly executed establishment. If zero stars were possible or even negative, I would have easily made my decision on rating. Utter disrespect to myself and my party.

This place tries. It is located in the heart of Downtown, right across the Opera, and maybe that’s why a tea bag in hot water costs an arm and a leg. If you’re not there for a lunch which includes free shisha, you’re overpaying. Not worth the effort.
Not bad food selection, it offers pretty much everything as it does not cater to a specific cuisine, which is always good. They have good shisha and screens to catch football games. I wish their Wifi had better connection.
1. Fast & Efficient service: 3/5 ( the staff are good)2. Quality of food: 2/5 ( The menu has a variety food items but the taste is below average)3. Cleanliness: 2/5 ( the place is clean but full of smoke from the shisha and the non smoking area is small and closed with no view)4. Price: 2/5 ( the price is high compared to the quality of food)
What happened to this place!! Before the food was great, service is amazing and the vibes were there.I went this weekend, and it wasn’t that full. I tried the food, its not bad.. But for sure not delicious.We tried the chicken tender, I am definitely not ordering this againWe order the cheese fries, Ferrero Milkshake and the Nutella crepe .. below averageService wise, I was disappointed as there were around 3 managers/supervisors and only 2 runners in the restaurant.How come supervisors are more than the waters? in a cafe? I like this place with great memories and i dont like to see the quality is going down here, specially when you have many and many competitors are opening every day.
