Very small place, they charge 30 per person for entrance for 1 hour, i chose not to enter while the kids did, very strict with the kids in regards to cat handling. When i asked to use the washroom i was told its only for those who paid!!! Which is very rude and unprofessional. Kids were okay with the place but we will not be visiting again.

FOOD – They serve cakes and coffee but I didn’t try it because my purpose of visit is to play with the cats.SERVICE – Average. Nothing special.PLACE – Accessible along Jumeirah Road near Umm Suqeim Library.PRICE – Very affordable, it cost around 30 AED per person for the entrance fee with free water, tea or coffee. The fees will go for the cat food and other needs like vaccinations.

The cats are well looked after and very friendly. Some even came over to sit on our laps.It is Dhs30 to go in – that covers a selection of drinks and the welfare of the cats which is reasonable, although for some reason coffee was not in the included list.Definitely worth a visit for any cat lover. Not that easy to get to on public transport, we took an Uber.

Love love love this place. The staff is very nice. Decent variety of food and beverages. The highlight though, are the resident cats. My current favorites are Reem and Shakira. Definitely coming back again and again for the fur bubbies.

So I made the mistake of going to the cafe on a Friday and arrived seeing there had been about 16 people inside the small room with cats. Keep in mind the size of the cafe is as small as an ordinary bedroom. Imagine the noise and chaos of 16 people in one room with many cats roaming around, kids screaming and running, and litter everywhere. It was an extremely uncomfortable setting. The staff didn’t bother explaining the rules to us before letting us in, they expected us to check the wall of rules ourselves (which was hard to read with all the cursive writing and objects in the way). When kids were screaming and touching the cats in spots that were obviously uncomfortable for them, the staff did nothing but stand and watch. It was not worth spending 30 DHS each person. The green decor is rather awful as well. Don’t know what evil happened to the place since they decided to open up a new location.
