We tried afternoon tea experience in Plato on Eid Weekend. The staff is very courteous. Even though the place was gem packed, but we enjoyed the experience without any delays. Food is awesome and pretty tasty. The interior is nice with a great instagrammable central piece. The after noon tea includes egg sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, salmon sandwiches on savoury side. While they had Chocolate covered Strawberries, Macaroons, along with a collection of Pastries on the sweet side. We loved them all with a very impressive tea collection from TWG. Their portions are on the side of one biters and very measured sizes. It’s a good experience in that way that you can still have your dinner and not feel you are done for the day 🙂 A lighter afternoon tea in comparison to its peers but in now way light on flavour, variedness of food and prettiness of the morsels. The only downer for us were the Scones which were cold. The condiments and the flavours were good, but cold scones are not our thing. All in all though a good experience, one which we would like to repeat in future.
Fabulous interior! Loved the ambience. Very luxurious and the view from the window was nice as you’re overlooking the pool. I ordered a virgin pina colada which could have been a bit better as the pineapple juice was over powering the other flavours. However I’d definitely visit again as the ambience was great!
The Lobby Lounge / Tea Room / Dessert Heaven near the main entrance of Atlantis.It is open 24 hours and has both comfortable couches and tables.Staff is ok, wearing nice uniform.Food is a mix: the White Chocolate Cheesecake was at least one day old as the top was a bit dry already.The Crispy Chocolate Banana Tart on the other hand was extremely delicious and exactly what the name describes.the Green Tea is wonderful and especially the cup and saucer are very kitsch and cute.You can also order/ take-away a selection of bonbons, looks tempting!Would come back for a light bite or during tea time.
GOOD PLACE WITH GOOD INTERIOR AND GOOD STAFF.I liked the place very much for snacks and coffees. Honestly speaking food quality is too good plus staff was also very beautiful and supporting. Specially I liked that caramel eclair. Best thing. Truly recommended.
Just in the lobby , they have the view to pool . Golden colour themed interiors . When we stayed here we had an option of breakfast from here . They have the breakfast and afternoon tea . The breakfast deal is quite a good deal to take your guest . Afternoon tea is also great . Amazing selection of cakes and few hot dishes and cold appetizers and tea too ..They have good selection of teas in their menu shabosphere.wordpress.com
