It is the world’s highest restaurant and boasts an incredible set high tea menu. The decor is elegant, the staff are great and the food makes you happy. Really, really happy. I have attended high teas before, but this is a highlight. It is quite expensive, but worth it. You are totally satisfied when you leave. Our waiter, Tariq, was great. He made incredible cocktails, made us laugh and made the entire experience even more memorable. Experiences like this make you return to a country time and time again.
Nice place to sit but the service is questionable. We asked the waiter whether the chicken tacos were hard or soft, he said soft. When they came they were hard we told him and he sort of argued with us that they were soft without understanding. When he finally understood he agreed. We changed it to what they called a chicken shawarma which was a very oily sandwich and nothing close to a shawarma. Very nice place to sit in but the food is not good.
Beautiful place to relax and enjoy. Completely in love with the stunning view and having dinner by the bay. I would say its a must go place when in Dubai.
I visted the lounge with five of my friends on a thursday night. The staff had a serious lack of knowledge about their menu items. They appeared as if they didnt care at all about what they were describing, and had an over all disinterested attitude. We ordered some cockyails which were very underwhelming. They seemed to contain more ice than alcohol. The staff were very unprofessional. At the end of the night, the security staff told us to finish our drinks in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. I felt as if we were intruding and unwelcome. I would not recommend this place unless you want to feel condescended to!
Only ambience is nice but the service is very bad and slow always. In the weekend evening, they are saying the nuts and olives that they bring with drinks- finished. They should be prepared for the weekend!
