Their delivery service is horrible, Ive been waiting for 1hr and 30min for a Kaak which is the easiest thing to prepare and they dont even pick up their phones and they dont even call to update on status. I love their food, its a pity their delivery is terrible. This is not the first time.
We had ordered for Kaake kafta, hummus plate and kaake Arayes. Both were good, delivery was ontime. Packaging was great too. My personal favourite was the kaake arayes.
It was a very upsetting experience. The bread was cold and tasteless. I chose whole-wheat bread and didn’t know it will make it taste so bad. I also paid for extra vegetables and as you see, or funny enough “not see”, there are none. And unfortunately falafel was cold and not crispy at all.
I just love this place. It can accommodate all tastes at any time of the day whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. It has a wide variety of selections with different fillings in the authentic Lebanese kaak. The kaake is very soft and crunchy and tastes heavenly. The kunafa kaake is my all time favorite. To complement your order, you should always have their frozen lemonade, it’s simply out of this world. Highly recommended.
Horrible delivery service, just horrible!! Delivery was late for 40min. Food reached cold & wrong, had to eat cold pizza & picon kaak; order a quinoa watermelon & feta salad, got a quinoa with avocado & edamame salad!!!! Just horrible experience!!!
